fee by registering you with Mail Preference Service.

OptOutPreScreen.com will remove your name from lists for credit cards and mortgages.

CatalogChoice.org will help you get off those unwanted catalog lists.
Stop Using Your Phonebook
In this day and age, who still uses the old phonebook?  Get
online and use the yellow and white pages there.

Find the phone number on your most recent phonebook and
call to ask to be taken off their list.  Simple.
